The International Registry of Midwives exists to support skilled, autonomous midwives and to expand equitable, compassionate access to advanced midwifery care for everyone, regardless of borders, beliefs, cultural background, or socio-economic status.
But we cannot achieve this mission alone. We rely on dedicated volunteer advisors, regional coordinators and leaders like you, who possess the passion and commitment to make a difference in the lives of women and families everywhere.
By becoming a volunteer regional coordinator, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of midwifery care. Your leadership and expertise will help us break down barriers and ensure that every individual, regardless of where they come from, receives the highest quality care during pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum.
You will have the opportunity to advocate for evidence-based practices, promote autonomy for midwives, and eradicate the inequalities that persist in maternal healthcare around the globe.
Every woman, regardless of her background, should be able to access midwifery care that is rooted in holistic compassion and supported by the latest research. As a regional coordinator, you will be at the forefront of this movement, driving change and transforming lives.
Not only will you be making a difference on a global scale, but you will also gain invaluable experience and connections within the midwifery community. Collaborate with like-minded individuals, expand your knowledge, and become part of a network of professionals dedicated to advancing midwifery care worldwide.
Your passion and leadership can help us break down barriers, transcend borders, and create a future where midwifery care is accessible to all.
Apply to join the International Registry of Midwives as a volunteer regional coordinator today, and let's work together to redefine the standard of care for women and families everywhere.
